Temporary tear duct plugs

Within the past few days temporary tear duct plugs were inserted. The following morning I woke up with vertigo, dry heaves & a headache.  I find it difficult to lie down at night as the vertigo kicks in. Turning over in bed sets off the vertigo. Every morning since I get wake up witht vertigo, headache & nausea. The headache is in the forehead just above the nose. I have not had any other changes in my medications, etc.  I feel that these tear duct plugs are the reason for all these things that are happening. Also, my eyes are so watery now that I have difficulty reading or doing other task. I believe they should be removed.

Feel free to have them removed but your symptoms are unlikely to be due to these plugs.  You should call your primary care doctor and let them know about your symptoms.
