Text melts on screen

When i look at text on the computer the text melts, i discovered this happens with only one eye, the right, when the left is covered, i had an eye exam a few weeks ago and was told everythings fine.  What could it be?  Ive also been seeing a thin mist sometimes, but the eye doc said all was fine?

Before this i noticed black cloud outlines in my vision which was thought may be occular migraine, now i notice the text melts from one eye when looking at the computer.  On the snellen chart my eyesight is the same although from the right eye the lowest line of letters i can read is slightly blurrier but no major difference sight wise.

When i look at bright light or surfaces i can usually see those cloud outlines and also theres a sort of mist appearance, but its only visible in bright light and thats when i see these cloud flow.  I also have blepharitis.

See your doctor again with the specific complaints.  It seems that the intermediate vision for your right eye is decreased.  I am not sure what you mean by a mist.  It is it in both eyes? How long does it last?
