Since I use the computer a lot my eye muscles get really tight. Are there any good ways to stretch them out? I've noticed that my computer eye strain as gone down from doing eye rolls a lot during the day.. I do them every time I take a microbreak. Are there any other good exercises to keep the eye muscles from being tight? Can tight eye muscles cause an aching sensation in the eyes?
This is the advise that I gave in "O" Ophrah Winfrey's magazine.
Every 15 minutes look away from the computer, focus on the further thing away from you possible, ideally out the window or across the room. Refocus on that distant object, blink your eye forcibly about 5-6 times.
If your other muscles get stiff every half hour take a walk to the kitchen and stretch your legs, back, etc.
