Time take to fully complete process of PVD and diet for floaters.

HI i am 24 yr old male, myopic -5 and -3.5 in left and right eyes. For last 3 months i have severe pvd in both eyes.Lots of floaters but no flashes of light.I had two dilated exams and found no retinal tear.I wanted to know how long will it take to complete PVD.?
if floaters created already from PVD will cause damage to retina?
Any diet for floarters like anti oxidants foods? zinc ,vitamin c ,anthocynaidns etc will these cure or reduce floaters gradually?

1. A PVD is rarely 100% complete the vitreous often adheres over the vitreous base. The highest risk of a RD or tear is in the first 6-8 weeks after the process starts.
2. The floaters do not cause tears or RD, vitreous traction does.
3. No diet is helpful for floaters.
