Total Mystery - Everything Points to Normal Thus Far PLEASE HELP!!

Optimitrist found minor corneal abraision in right eye which healed 6 days after the incidient
Opthmaologist found what appeared to be a couple of macular drusen not close to the fovea 3 in left eye 1 in right
Retinal Specialist - found no issues thought that the drusen were over characterization
Corneal Specialist - found no issues - said my cornea's looked great and my eyes were only a little dry.
Neuropthamologist - looked and said there were no problems with my eyes but that we were dealing with a brain problem.
Neurologist - Didn't make much of my MRI Pineal Cyst and said everything else was unchanged from the one 3 months ago.
Neuropthamologist - thinks the cyst may be the cause for everything but I'm not quite sure. Will see her in a few days.

Only thing showing up on a MRI that showed up 3 months ago is a slightly changed Pineal Cyst 10m x 9mm x 7mm it is now measuring 9mm x 9mm x 8mm. I have had many advanced blood tests done to test for Lymes' Disease etc..- still waiting to hear back.

All Doctors Say:

No Corneal Damage
No Retinal / Macular Damage
Normal Eye Exam
1 Retinal Specialist said - I don't have Solar Retinopathy the other said he didn't think I had it
Neuropthamologist said "No" you don't have Solar Retinopathy.

I can still see 20/20 or 20/15 on both eyes with my eye glasses.....

What is going on here? Any questions - this has been driving me crazy!!!!!! Yes, looking into the sun wasn't smart but it was incredibly brief and I have no damage and all the doctors believe the sun event was a "red herring" for what is really going on.

I'll post details below - hitting my character limit.

I feel completely helpless. I have had visual disturbances for 2 1/2 months and have no diagnosis and no prognosis.   Some of the symptoms I have below came after several quick glances 10 to be exact of 1 second a piece at the sun while taking a walk mid morning back on June 1. All these symptoms and the ones encountered later have persisted. I noticed new symptoms noted below after a Florescin Angiogram and some additional worsening of those symptoms after a Peripheral Retinal test. Both of these are standard tests in check for eye problems. Read the "already tried" section for what has been done but in short NOBODY seems to have a clue and the "THIS MAY BE SOMETHING YOU HAVE / I'M HYPERVIGILANT just isn't the case. Unfortuneately for me I look great on paper but my life has been a living hell - with 0 let up from any one symptom. Subjective improvement (mild if any has occurred). Symptoms: After images / Palinopsia Photophobia - incredible light sensitivity High Glare Sensitivity Blinking causes streaks of light to come back - can happen when looking at a light directly or indirectly (i think this mimics an animation like a cartoon effect) this can also happen when looking at a TV / Computer screen or even a wall outside that gets a lot of sunlight ( i get feedback of a wave or streaks of light) Happens day or night but more noticeable at night especially when driving. Seeing my nose in my vision more Distortion - There appears to be ocular tilt moving my head can make things better but all the issues are angular based - signs and street lamps appear slightly tilted outward or inward - street lights themselves can have this affect - moving my head completely sideways to the right seems to help but nobody can drive or go through life like this. When I turn it feels like after the turn is completed my scenery adjusts to me. Squares and rectangle based object seem to have sides leaning in slightly - borders on objects seem like they can change in thickness etc. But no wavy lines. Starbursts - on light sources and non light sources a like. I.e. even the microwave clock has starbursts around the numbers and am/pm area. Ghost images - I will see i.e. the power button on my printer or the word "Comcast" on the Guide screen on my tv and for each it appears that the power button has multiple power buttons in a circle around the original that are ghost like and all the letters in "Comcast" have their respective letter ghosting images near and around the actual letter. I was told that the sun and the tests didn't cause this. That I couldn't possibly be having a migraine because this isn't episodic (how I wish) but have read about strange cases of migraine and that the only hard evidence a Pineal Gland lesion that is likely a cyst shouldn't be causing my problems since it was found on an MRI 3 months ago before any of this happened. Legion (radiologist thought maybe a chronic hemoragic cyst) is 9mm by 8mm by 8mm previously was 10mm by 8mm by 7mm.    PLEASE HELP ME - I HAD A GREAT LIFE AND GREAT VISION BEFORE THIS BUT I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HELPLESS AND AFRAID ESPECIALLY SINCE I FEEL I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND NOBODY SEEMS TO WANT TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX - CLEARLY I DON'T HAVE A STANDARD COLD HERE. Thank you - Compensation will be ample for any ideas other than "deal with it" I am overly concerned that this will be permanent as I have no prognosis or diagnosis and no improvement of any single symptom in nearly 3 months. It would be great for SOMEONE to really care and take me seriously because this has seriously messed up my life. Which was awesome.

Already Tried:
Seen the following doctors: Interist 2 Retinal Specialists 1 Corneal Specialist 2 Neurologists 2 Neuro-Opthamologists - 1 recently at Jules Stein Eye Institute 1 Psychiatrist Drugs: Currently on: Mega Men Multi Vitamin 50,000 I.U Vitamin D 1 tablet per week due to low vitamin D. (17 was my number) Started Propranolol based on recommendation but expert in eye forum 10mg 2x daily - been on for 2 days.- aimed at treating Migraine. Ativan - 1 per day (was 3 per day then 2) .5mg tablet - done to help with Stress, Anxiety and Depression brought on by this situation. Zoloft - 100 MG - father takes this - Psych. though it would be best for genetic reasons. Worked up to this dosage. On since 7/20 on 100MG since 8/2/2010. I have had headaches almost daily, had difficulty sleeping more than 4-5 hours per night and felt generally horrible. MRI and MRA tests were normal minus what is stated above. MRA had an anatomical variance the Neurologist / Neuro-Opthamologist called normal. All eye tests were normal except for minor corneal abrasion that was gone a few days after sun glances - treated with Systane drops and Systane Nighttime. All other eye tests completely normal. Amsler Grid normal, OCT, Florescin Angiogram, Retinal tests - Corneal Topography and Videokaratography normal. Dr.'s believe I have an undetermined brain problem and not an eye problem. There is a lot of conflicting opinion on Migraines - often I have read they are under-diagnosed. The Pineal Cyst also falls into the category of misunderstood and multi oponionated. I see a Neuro Surgeon this week to see if they have any ideas and my Neurologist later in the week to see where to go with Migraine as he is willing to try it. ARE THERE ANY OTHER TESTS/ THINGS I SHOULD TRY - EXPERTS TO SEE / AVENUES TO PURSUE - I HAVE TAKEN 6 WEEKS OFF WORK MEDICAL LEAVE TO ADDRESS THIS. DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO....I'm 26 - I can only hope answers come soon I don't want this for the rest of my life it is unbearable.

Dear Aroyoc,

You do not mention your symptoms in the above post.  Continue the examination with the neuro-ophthalmologist as suggested.

I've reread your post a couple of times and I have just one question ..... What is your eye problem? You've seen a number of specialists, but you haven't told us what your eye problem is and what might have caused it.
