Treatment for eyes damaged by contact lense misuse

For people who caused permanent damage to their eyes from contact abuse/misuse, how do you treat them. I have learned my lesson concerning the proper way to wear contacts. Its unforunate I learned the hard way, But is there any therapy or treatment that can be done that would help repair the damage?

Depends on the problem.    A Corneal transplant may be needed.
