Treatment for myopic degenearation

Hello Doctor,
I am 40 years old with high myopia.  I have been going through dry md for last 8-9 years and now wet md for more than a year.  I have been treated with avastin (6) injections so far.

Although avastin had been useful last year, I see recently my last injection is not being very effective.  I would like to know is there any other treatment available?  My current retina specialist recommended avastin over laser last year.

Thank you very much.

Your retina Eye MD will choose the best treatment from among those available: Avastin, Lucentis, Macugen, photodynamic therapy and in some rare cases surgery.
