Tried almost everything

  I have been trying to find a good contact for a while, to no avail.  I have an extremely bad case of dry eyes, I even feel a dryness when I wear glasses.  I have tried Acuvue Oasis at the recomendation of my doctor... But when I put them in, my left eye feels like somethings in my eye, and it starts to fog almost instantly.  For some reason the right eye feels almost normal in comparison.  I also tried the special lubricating eye drops but that didn't really help much.  i keep hearing about people who can't even feel they're contacts and it almost makes me mad because of the amount of trouble I have had.  I have astigmatism, and a really strong lens prescription, to the point where the thickness of the contacts I think aren't letting any eye drops or moisture get in.  I am getting really frustrated, and my doctor loves Oasis lenses to the point where he won't recommend anything else.  Please help.
