My right upper eyelid has been constantly twitching for about 2 and a half weeks now, it is so constant that it keeps me awake at night. I have taken a couple sleeping pills and have gotten some very good rest during this time and my stress level has actually gone done greatly so I have no idea what is causing this. Im not sure if I should see a doctor or just keep dealing with it. About 5 of the mornings with the eye twitch I have woken up and had my hands or feet be numb, I have no idea if these are related or not. None of this seems too extreme, just terribly annoying and I'm not sure if I should see a doctor, I am a 31 years old female. What could be causing this? Any idea what I can do?
