Under The Eye Burning

I woke up this morning with a burning feeling at the lower corners of my eyes. The underneath eyelids themselves hurt very much if touched. They have a burning feeling all the time, but definately more painful when touched. They are a little red, but nothing I can really see. Is this something I need to worry about?

Like a lot of things whether you need to worry will depend on what happens over the coming 24 hours. You might use some warm compresses and artificial tears. If it get worse, point tenderness, puss, blurred vision, sensitivity to light develops have it checked out by an Ophthalmologist on Monday.

I have been with a burning feeling of my eyes in the last two weeks. I also have the feeling that I have some thing inside my eyes which makes very painful. I am a contact lense user and   I have been washing the contact lense case with tap water (sometimes the water would built up in the case and I would add a solution on top of it). I am out of USA ans I went to ER in Eyes and ear hospital in Dublin, Ireland. The doctor keeps me giving antibiotics but the sympton is worsen. I aso see that the white part of my eyes (sclera) has a some thin orange color membrana on that. Is this something that I need to worry about, should I find another doctor

Any contact lens wearer that is not properly taking care of their contact lens (tap water is not proper to use on the eyes) with a situation that is worsening needs to be followed closely. Tray and see another Eye MD Ophthalmologist, keep using the drops until then and above all don't put your contact lens back in your eyes.
