Unequal pupils, but reactive to light, yet with blurred vision.

Today my wife called me at work to say that the pupil of her right eye is dilated noticeably larger than her left eye, but both are reactive to light. She said she has no headache, but does feel exhausted, and her right leg is "throbbing." She has had a history of phlebitis in the distant past, and of pulmonary embolism, but is not in any pain or shortness of breath. She does not know if her symptom is benign, or if she should have it checked out immediately, or wait to see if it resolves on its own. Anyone have similar symptoms? What was the outcome?

I would suggest she contact her personal physician and ask for advice. Her medical history makes this of conern.
