VI please answer

We Had a cat it got sick and started vomiting so my mother cleaned it, but she caught a virus and when we went to the doctor he said that she had toxoplasma which caused partial blindness in the eye, that was 10 years ago so I was wondering if there is any cure for this now???

There are effective treatments for active disease - but usually no way to correct scarring of the retinal after it has occurred.  It could be a brand new adult case,  but It is a possibility that she had the disease from birth and it just re-activated 10 years ago on its own.  It's possible that the cat vomit had nothing to due with it - but that she may have got it from her mother while she was in the womb.  I don't know enough details of her case, however.  Lots of treatments available for active infection.  Basically no treatment for old scarring.
