Vision "Comes Into Focus" When Waking Up

Lately I've been kind of anxious about this & I do suffer from anxiety..

I've been waking up and instead of immediately seeing clearly, it takes my eyes a second to kind of bring my vision together. It almost looks like double vision at first, but I'll blink and everything will be clear. I am extremely worried this is the sign of a brain tumor or something along those lines even though I do not struggle with double vision throughout the day. This only happens when I wake up after having my eyes closed for a period of time. It does not happen after I simply blink during the day. I am slightly nearsighted and wear glasses for driving and things like that. I was just at the eye doc's in February and she said everything looked healthy with my eye. I also notice that I occasionally get headaches behind my eyes, but I do work at a computer all day  so I was assuming that may have caused those. What could be causing this??

You are probably a latent hyperope.  You need to get a cycloplegic refraction-a check for glasses with your eyes dilated.

Just glasses.

Is this something serious that I need to be worried about or is it easily corrected?
