Vision. Life after PPV

Vision. Life after PPV

I had PPV, gas bubble and some laser treatment over 2 months ago.  To anyone who has had PPV, gas bubble and some laser treatment at least 3 months to a year after surgery, please answer some questions for me:

1) How is your vision now?
2) Does your eye feel the same as before the surgery or it doesnt feel the same way anymore?
3) wondering how your life is now?  is your life the same as before?  will our life ever be the same again?
4) are you in constant fear that it will happen again?  how do you deal with it---the fear?
5) besides family and friends, how do you cope and did you join a support group?  do you think this would help?

Just want some answers and thoughts from some patients and people here who had a normal good eye and then had to have RD surgery all of a sudden....wanted some input from people who has been through the same experience as myeslf.....probebly looking for some friends along the way who understands what I am going through....hope to hear from you soon....thanks in advance as well....
