Hopefully someone can assist me... I'm a 31 year old male in decent physical shape. I noticed over the past few months that my right eye felt strange at times. I narrowed it down to periods of time when I had either just woken up or was extremely tired. It feels like a buzzing in my eye, and I finally noticed that when I close my left eye the vision in my right eye is obviously shaking very fast left to right. I can focus on an object and see it vibrate. It comes and goes, but worries me greatly when it happens. Any ideas?

I am not sure what to make of your symptoms. Sometimes, the eyelid can twitch and make it appear like the eye is moving. If the eyelid is twitching, this is fairly common and probably not of much concern.
If in fact it is an eye movement problem causing the eye itself to move side - side, then this requires further evaluation and you should be examined by your ophthalmologist. It is very difficult to analyze eye movement problems without seeing the patient.
