Vision differences

I wear contacts & glasses, more often contacts.

My prescription for both contacts & glasses is the same:

-2.50/-.50/170 & 175

I notice when I do wear my glasses that I notice more of a vision "weakness" after I remove my glasses...like my distance vision is A LOT worse.

When I remove my contacts, I feel as though my vision is not quite as bad.

What could be causing this?

while common spectacle blur is rarely serious or permanent. Discuss you vision with your contact lens fitter. It should be just the opposite

Is spectacle blur something that can change the vision permanently? Is it something to be concerned about?

Actually, it seems as though my vision is clearer with my glasses than contacts?

1. The contacts often warp the cornea changing the glasses RX after its removed and the change can take hours, days or weeks to revert to "normal shape" this is called spectacle blur.
2. If you are myopic the image size is larger and clearer with a contact than with glasses even if they are the same RX due to the lens being closer to the cornea.
