Vision issue
I have been to many opthalmologists but seems all is fine with my eyes.
I notice tiny dots or specks on certain surface - light and dark area.
What could be causing it ? I notice this from childhood and I am an adult now. Please note this is not increasing and vision is same in both eyes.

Almost always an entopic phenomena. Read the section in Wikipedia especially the Blue Field effect or "flying corpuscle"
