Vision problem

last year i got a floater in my left eye around feb. This yr about a month or 2 ago maybe 3 cant remeber fully cause ive been dealing with dental problems but the issues i been having are mainly 2 things at dark lit areas such as at night falling asleep or just in darkened rooms/at night dim lighted areas ive been seeing a small black spot not fully in center of vision but sorta just off to the right of center but i only see it when i blink my eyes or just as i open my eyes also another part of it is i get a kind of jerk vision kinda like my eyes take a sec to "load" so to speak as i open my eye lids the vision to see kinda happpens a split sec after i open my eyes both these only happen in dark lit areas tho. my other problem is alittle more wierd and i cant find anything on it after reading say text on a screen for a few mins then move over and look at my solid blue wall ive been seeing these semi transparent lines going straight across left and right in the area of my vision i had been reading the text at and type of text matters alot too on how badly i see the lines afterwards black bakgrounds and white text are the worst afterwards i have an appointment on the 10th for a check up and plan to talk to him about it but was wondering what to expect and if this is gonna turn into bad new or something i need to worry about or if this is just a normal thing as im getting older and just gonna have to deal with this and need not worry on it getting worse soon i do have nearsightedness and wear glasses since i was little and im currently 30 yrs of age i apoligize for the wall of text ^^ hope i got my issues across and hoping you can giv eme some sort of idea what it is and what to expect and if i should see on a doc sooner i was told to wait till the 10th cause my insurance wont cover another appointment till then any help on this issue would be appreciated

It is very confusing.  Hopefully, your doctor can sort out the problems at your visit.
