Weaning off contact lenses

What is the safest way to stop using multifocal contact lens worn to reduce strain due to latent hyperopia and instead simply not wear contact lenses and bare with the minor headaches and strain?

- The contact lenses are Pure Vision Multi-Focal low add - the lowest add available.  I beleive the lens power changes as you go from the inner to the outer part of the lens.  I tried stopping cold turkey, but my vision did not seem to adjust back as well because my eyes were too relaxed and not working hard enough to see correctly and the way they used to before the contact lenses.

And how long would you expect it to take until the eyes completely adjust back?  My vision is 20/20, so the contact lenses only address a latency or hidden hyperopia that has not actually manifested yet - I'm 30 years old.

Thanks!

I think preferably before getting a contact lenses we should go through the prescription of the lenses. So i prefer you going through CContact Lenses Prescription first. Thanks.

The safest way is to just stop wearing them.

After than you can consider glasses, regular contacts, bifocals.k
