Weird Blue Glow Under Some Lights

Weird Blue Glow Under Some Lights

Wow, I'm becoming a regular on here, huh? Guess I'll post my newest concern on here...
A few nights ago, I noticed this weird blue glow under streetlights and flourescent lights (not spelled right, I'm sure), when I put my head down. Or if I raised my head up, I saw the glow on top of the light. It's not a halo, because it's only on either the top or bottom. But lately it's getting worse. I'm thinking it's my glasses, because it doesn't seem to happen at all without them (for as much as I can tell...obviously, I can't check too well, because my eyes are terrible without my glasses on). The lower I put my head down, the bigger the blue glow gets. Does anybody have any comments or what it could be? I'm thinking it's my somewhat new "polycarbinate" (again, not spelled right) glasses I got about two months ago...but I'm not sure.

I believe you are observing normal optic aberations produced by glasses when you look off axis that is not through the center of the lens. Off axis induces distortion and prismatic effect.

Look exactly at the light through the center of your glasses. If it's gone then the causes is as I said.
