Weird feeling with eyes? Please help

It's really weird. about a week ago I got lines in the side of my vision, followed by a migraine (which i took Excedrin for and it cleared up quite quickly)  After it faded away (about fifteen minutes) I couldn't really see letters or read. It was hard to focus. That cleared up as well (about fifteen minutes) - We went to an optometrist and he said it sounded like symptoms of a migraine and that I should be fine. Well, I felt fine until later that day when I was taking photos and got the lines again  in the other side of my peripheral vision.  After it cleared I had no problems of reading or focusing. The next day i noticed my vision wasn't really correct. I couldn't see any spots, lines, or anything, however, my vision did not seem right. And it has not been so for about two weeks now. We went to an ophthalmologist and he said my eyes looked fine and that he was 99.99999% that it was migraine related.
I'm a bit of a hypochondriac and this is freaking my out that I'm going blind. I can see, it's just like when i look at my hands or someone's face, it's like there's a glare of light on their face, but also like there isn't.
When i look at a bright object, even for a second and look away, some of the effects are still there for a few seconds. Is that normal? Or at night when i try to focus on a object I can't. Is that normal? I also work on the computer A LOT, so could that have anything to do with my vision?
Like I said, it's like something is wrong with my eyes, yet there isn't. It's really hard to explain. Just like i can't really focus well.... My eyes feel as though they are about to cry. (that feeling you get when you cry and close your eyes) Please help set my mind to ease. Am I just over-reacting or making this up? Can your mind trick you into seeing things?
Also - when I look at a blue sky I see little firework type things (if I look long enough) like little white fireworks going off. I thought it was floaters, but they don't look like my normal floaters.
Am I going blind? Could the Ophthalmologist have been mistaken? I'm worried.

You should discuss this with your ophthalmologist.  I always have new migraine patient seen by a neurologist.  There are rare problems (such as an arteriole venous malformation, or aneurysm) which may cause similar symptoms.
