Weird swimming light

Im 19 years old, and for all i know perfect health. Today I was screwing around outside and did this thing where I jumped headfirst into the ground, but caught myself with my arms and kind of did an handstand pushup... anyway whats weird was when I stood back up.

I can only describe it as: swimming light streams, dots of light, many them, pretty evenly separated all "swimming" in circles leaving disappearing trails. I guess I can compare the swimming light to a sperm, a bright dot head with a swimming tail. I did not feel light headed in any way or anything else. They remained in focus for a good 8 to 10 seconds before I rubbed my eyes and they were gone.

I basically just jumped at the ground and used all my strength to push and hold myself in a handstand. So I donno, maybe the sudden stress of the jump, sudden rush of blood to the head? All I know it was nothing i've ever experienced.

Before you could say its nothing to worry about you would need to have an eye exam by an Eye MD. Its likely it is related to abnormal circulation due to your gymnastics but check it out.
