Weired afterimage in closed eye

I am kinda scared because I could see an afterimage with my eye closed. For example, I looked at my stuff animal and closed my eye. Then, I would see that stuff animal in bluish black color in my closed eye. The afterimage would fade away pretty quickly, but it is starting to freak me out. Can Hallucinogen persisting perception disorder cause this because I have been anxious about my vision recently?
