What can be done to control the oil after a eye chalzion

I had a lump on my eyelid 10/2011, I was told that it was a chalazion cyst.  It has been drained, removed, kenolog injection, cautherized and excised.  The oil/bump keeps coming back.  I have been using the warm towels 4 times a day since 10/2011.  Nothing seems to happen to cure the problem.  I am so tired of this.  It becomes infected and hurts very bad.  I have been to 4 specialist and no one can help me.  Any ideas?  HELP

Use the search feature and archives and read about "blepharitis" the most common cause of chalazion. SHORT SUMMARY: use a eyelid cleaner like Occusoft faom eyelid cleaner or TheraTears SteriLid eyelid cleaner (use the foam not the pads). Do this 2-4 times/week indefinitely.
