What causes black spot in vision the day after having an ocular migraine?

Shortly after having a total thyroidectomy I noticed my veins were very prominent and I was diagnosed with Livedo Reticularis. They have not done any workups to find the cause. I have it on my arms, legs and trunk of body and neck.  

The next thing that showed up was pain in my toes that moved to my legs and then armas and hands and today I started having spasms on left side of abdomen below ribs,pain was excruciating.  I had a nerve conduction test done today,it was normal.
Then yesterday morning I woke up with an ocular migraine(it was a sideways V-shaped aura,today i woke up and had a black spot in my vision that coverd the whole bottom left corner of eye and the top right of the eye was fuzzy.

Neurologist is sending me for a MRI next week. I am also getting a CT done of my chest. And she did a B-12 and folates bloodwork today.

Can having your thyroid out produce all these symptoms?
