What this power indicates?

Hi,
My 3.5 yrs old daughter is having the power in the eye and the reading are given below:
Rt:
SPH  +1.75   Cyl -3.50
Left:
SPH  +2.00   CYL -4.00
She is using spectacles & I wish to know what these numbers indicate? is her vision is too bad to correct? Kindly advice me. I'm not satisfied with the answers given by the doctors. kindly let me know her condition. can the vision be corrected at a later stage? she is currently using spectacles with the following prescription Lt: +1.0  -3.25  x 180 and Rt: +1.0  -3.5  x170 is the specks she is using is correct?

Your daughter has a moderate degree of astigmatism.  The glasses should correct the vision.  She has to be followed closely to make sure she does not develop ambyopia (lazy eye).
