Whats The Difference Between a Macular Hole & a Retinal Hole?
What's the difference between a retinal and a macular hole my retinal specialist says I have a retinal hole but I'm worried Its causing my symptoms like a bright spot when I blink

He said it doesn't require treatment either.

A retinal hole is just that a hole in the retina. The macula is the center of the retina and used for straight ahead, reading, driving and color vision. A hole here is much more serious.
