When I blow my nose, I get mucous(fluid)coming out of tear duct

I suffer from Severe congestion and every time I blow my nose, I get a liquid coming out of the left eye's tear duct. Is something really wrong or is it from the congestion?

I want to be sure that some passage isn't completely plugged up and causing this.

Thanks

It is not that a passage is closed but rather that the nasolacrimal duct is extremely open.  You may want to try something like saline nasal sprays and see an ear, nose and throat specialist to try to deal with the nasal congestion that is causing the stuffy nose.  Perhaps you should try not to blow your nose so hard and get on treatment for your congestion.
