White bubbles under my eye lid on my eye...

My eyes started bothering me about  a week ago. today when i woke up my girlfriend was wipeing my eyes for me and she said hold still a second. she pulled my eye lid up to look at my eyes and noticed that there is white bubbles on my eye. she says they look like little puss bubbles.... She also said i have about 1 or 2 on each eye. anyway my eyes hurt all day feeling like they are dry and itchy so a few days ago i bought clear eyes itchy dry eyes drops. they dont seem to help. and its going on almost 2 weeks now roughly. some mornings it feels like its getting better others it just *****. i dont have any type of insurance so the doctor is out for me. I was wondering if there is anything i can possibly do to get this to go away, meaning buy something etc. any quick help would much be appreciated, Thanks Nathan

Often these are small inclusion cysts in the outter layer of the eye (conjunctiva). You can try warm compresses and artifical tears (lots all over the counter).

No if your eye feels hot, dry, burny then artifical tears work better, if they itch allergy drops like Zaditor for better
