White bump inside corner of lower eyelid

I have had this white almost pearly white bump for a few years now inside the corner of my bottom eyelid.  Sometimes when I rub my eyes or they get irritated I can feel the bump on my eye.  I was wondering what it could be and if its anything serious.  You wouldn't know it was there unless you pulled open my bottom eyelid and looked.

Most of the things that fit your description are inclusions cysts or small oil (sebaceous) cysts. The are not serious. You might see an Eye MD about opening them if they really bother you or if you just need an eye exam.
