Why do I have yellow spots inside both of my lower eyelid????

Why do I have yellow spots (like little dots really close to each and other? inside both of my lower eyelid????
please help!!! I always wear contact lenses, but since I got this I've been wearing my glasses, but i would like to know what I can do to have my healthy eyes back. I dont know if the eye dry condition or a bacteria or what..please give me your advice. THANK A LOT!

You need a definitive diagnosis which can only come from a real exam. Find an Eye MD near you at www.aao.org and go in and see him/her.

On the lid they usually are oil cysts, plugged oil glands, inclusion cysts, or benign growths like papillomas.
