Why do I see weird dark pulses when exersizing while bright out?

Hi! I get ocular visions and migraines occasionally and it’s as a result of genetics because my mom had the same thing. I went to the eye doctor about a year ago just to get them checked out after I started getting ocular migraines. They told me my eyes were really healthy and all that. Anyways, I have been noticing that when I play sports, mainly in bright weather, or ski, I sometimes see this black warpy pulsation in my upper vision and it’s really weird. At first I thought it was just me seeing my heart beating, but it seems to just be kind of warpy looking and I’m not sure what to do. I think it may have something to do with bright weather and the fact that I have sensitive eyes. I’m pretty concerned though, and with a ski trip coming up I’m stressing out about having this weird thing happen and ruin my trip. Help!

An observant person can in some cases see pulsation of the vision with the pulsations timed to the heart beat and pulse. If I sit quietly for a while I can see this myself in my vision.
