Wierd bright eys spot plz help

I keep getting very bright small spots that appear in my eyes.  They're not floaters i know what those are.  There these small things that look like tiny bright stars that go away when i blink a few times.  They come and go but are starting to worry me.

If you know anything plz help me!

Could still be floaters - only differernt. Could be entopic phenomenon - or basically you could be seeing white blood cells or red blood cells moving through the vessels that flow on top of your retina.
