Will using the computer or watching tv irritate my eye after surgery?

I used to have a brown spot on the white of my eye, and it grew abit, so I had it surgically removed by a very good ophthalmologist. I was just wondering, if I sit at the computer or watch tv, will that irritate my eye or affect its healing process?

Thanks for your time

It depends if this redness is due to inflammation or blood.

Immediately after I got surgery, there was minimal redness. I feel that now, the redness increased abit - im not sure why. Is that common?

Unlikely unless you are allergic to the preservative.

Thanks again for your help!
Once it heals and resolves, will it return to being white?

The conjunctiva will heal withing a week.  The blood may take longer to completely resolve.

Thank you so much for the quick, helpful response!
I was also wondering if you knew how long it will take to heal? My eye isn't that red, however you can see redness if I were to look to the side, so I was just curious how many weeks it would take for that slight redness to break down?

The act of watching a TV computer will not affect its healing process unless you stare and do not blink-causing dryness.
