You should be able to do any type of exercise you want without worrying about damage to your eyes.

First of all if questions come up after you leave the eye MD's office feel free to call the office and ask your questions later. Our office we do that every day.

Follow these things to see if they get better, worse or stay the same. Most "bad things" get worse with time.

It is likely that you are seeing the "flying corpusle" entopic effect. This is not dangerous, it's normal but not every one can see them.

The recent nomal eye examination by an ophthalmologist is re-assuring. You may be becoming aware of entoptic (or entopic) phenomena---a common reason for posting on these forums.

Use the search feature on this page and search out the many previous discussions on entopic phenomena. Also use a internet search engine and look at the many illustrations especially at www.wikipedia.com

If something changes or these get much worse and new symptoms develop either see the opthalmologist for more testing or get a second opinion from a different eye MD.
