Worm-Like Shape In My Left Eye?

Hello,
I am a 21 year old female living in England, UK.
For around 6months, I have noticed small circle shapes in my left eye, mainly noticable when i go outside into the day-light, or when I go into my bathroom which is decorated with White tiles...
Over the last few weeks however, I have also now developed a sort of worm-like shape in the same eye, along with the 2 circles. My eye also seems sensitive to light and seems to be getting worse. When I move my eye, the shapes seem to go off to the side out of my vision, but as soon as i move my eye, even if only slightly, they are back. Sometimes, it also feels as though my left eye is trying to close. As though I am tired even though i am not and its only happening to the left eye.
Any suggestions as to what this is and what can be done would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Even though floaters are common and usually not serious, just annoying, you need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist to make sure it is not a retinal tear, bleed, inflammation, etc

Thank you very much for your advice. Ive noticed more of an increase of how often I see them rather than the amount of them. 6 Months ago there was a small speck, now there are 2 circles and a worm-like shape...
I understand what you mean with the over-focusing, thanks, i'll try to ignore it as best I can :)
Thanks again.

Its normal 'eye floater's'  over focusing on it makes your eye tired, if you find sudden increase in number of floater's particularity with long flashes inside eye (in dark room or region) consult a good eye doctor otherwise just ignore it.
