Would you recommend the Acrysof IQ panoptix toric trifocal IOL, for me?

Hello. My prescription is as follows....sphere OD -9.00/OS -10.50. Cylinder -3.00/-4.75. Axis 20/1.75. Add +2,75/2.75. I have small cataracts in both eyes that have begun to affect my vision. I also have degenerative lattice and a macular adhesion following my second vitreal detachment. My optometrist figures that by spring I likely won’t be able to pass the visual exam for driving. The cataract surgeon has referred me to a retinologist who I will see in December.  I would like to have the Acrysof IQ panoptix toric trifocal IOL and it has recently been approved in Canada where I live. Although he has not implanted this lens, my surgeon says he hasn’t no problems confidence wise, in doing so. They do not use laser surgery here as the government has mandated that they cannot charge any extra fee for it. Would you recommend this particular IOL for me? As my optometrist said to me, it’s not a matter of whether or not I have the surgery performed but rather a matter of when I have it done.

You don't have vision based on what it will be you have it based on what it is. Since the cataracts are small and you are not having a big problem I personally would not have the surgery. You case is risky due to high myopia.
