YAG after Cataract - misty vision

I had cataract surgery in left eye four months ago.  The right eye needs to be treated within the next year or so but I didn't really notice it when it was the "better eye."  Last month the surgeon said the lens was clouding and I needed YAG which I had done a week ago.  My vision generally seems misty in some lights and particularly with my glasses on.  I am not sure if I am now more aware of the cataract eye now.  I do have a check up in a week but my question is:  Is YAG always successful or is it possible to need it done again.  Thank you.

Something is not going well.  The yag will make things better about 99% of the time if the cloudy capsule is the problem.  It appears as if there could be another problem.  Please contact your surgeon to talk about the problem - and allow him to see if glasses will help.  If yes, great.  If not, then he may need to look for a possible second, unrelated problem.

That's a little unsettling but it answered my question about YAG.  Thank you and I will see him.
