Yag and cornea transplant

Do you know whether having a Yag laser now (for post cataract opacification) will cause any problems when I eventually have a DSAEK or other cornea transplant sometime in the future?

It might be a good idea to not make the yag opening too large which can sometimes increase chances of vitreous gel coming into the anterior chamber.  If yag capsulotomy is done properly, and the procedure is definitely indicated, then I don't see an issue,
