I had yag surgery on Monday.  Yesterday I thought my vision had improved, but today it seems to be blurry again.  Is it common that the vision comes and goes and will settle down in the future?  Thanks.

Call your sugeon and discuss the problem. You may need to go in for a recheck.

It has been a week now since I had the yag sugery.  My vision has not improved, I'm still 20/40 in that eye.  Now my surgeon thinks that perhaps it is because I had worn hard contacts for 50 years and my cornea had not gotten back to normal before the measurements were taken.  She had me wear soft lenses for three weeks and then glasses for one week before my measurements were taken and afterwards before the cataract operation, she said I could go back to wearing my soft lenses.  I just wanted to let people know the problem of not keeping the hard lenses out long enough before the measurements are taken.   I am really enjoying this forum and appreciate all the answers to my questions.

What does the blank note from the doctors mean at the end of the comments mean?  Am I just not picking up the comments or not able to call them up?  I notice that they are on a lot of the questions and comments, not just mine.  Thanks.
