Yellow eyes and some long distance vision loss caused by what ?

The whites of my eyes are yellow, not noticeably so, only when i look hard to the right or left it is noticed.
In the last 6 months i have noticed that my long distance vision has decreased some.
ex. My TV is about 20 ft from my couch, i used to be able to read subtitles from siting on the couch very clearly, now they are very "fuzzy" and my eyes hurt when i focus on them and try to read.

   - I read daily, and sometimes 5 to 7 hours straight
   - I do not drink alcohol
   - I am 17
   - I noticed the yellow eye after i began to smoking half a pack of cigarettes every other day

hope that helps

You need a eye exam by an ophthalmologist. You are making one of the biggest mistakes of your life if you continue to smoke.
