Yellow tinged eyes: jaundice?

Yellow tinged eyes: jaundice?

About a year ago I noticed that when I pulled my eyelids up or down the outer edge of my scleraes have a yellow tinge. This yellow is quite faint and can't be seen in the exposed part of my eyes when I look directly at the mirror, but when I look up and pull my eyelid down I can see some yellow tinge. As I said I noticed this at least a year ago, possibly 2 and it has not seemed to change in anyway over this time. Should I assume this is just natural or do I need to see a doctor?

Oh I would just like to add to the comment above that I am a 25 year old female. As far as I know I have always been healthy and feel great.
