I have a yellowish patch like this on my right eye.
i have a burning sensation in that eye when using computer,is this caused by that patch ?
i went to several ophthalmologist regarding burning sensation but everytime they gave only lubricating eye drops.

The picture is not clear enough for me to tell. The most common cause of yellow discoloration of the white of the eye is "pinguecula"  use the search feature to read about and type that into Google IMAGES to see what they look like

Your Eye MDs seem to all believe you have a variant of dry eye syndrome. If the drops are not enough go back to the one you like best and ask about starting Restasis eye drops
