Yellowish patch on cornea border

Hi,
I have a yellowish patch on right eye (shown by arrow in attached picture) & sometimes around near it becomes reddish.I dont know if i had it before & i noticed it from past November onwards.I had blepharitis infection on october 2008 (corrected)

I have burning sensation in that eye particularly during computer usage & if i sit in an ac room & use computer no burning sensation occurs.i have seen ophthalmologists concerning this burning sensation & they did not find anything abnormal,(blepharitis cleared).yesterday i saw reddish again around it & its itching too & went again to ophthalmologist and he gave me FML NEO & refreshing ayurvedic eye drops and he told me to use for 2 months.

Is this yellowish patch normal ?

what might be the reason for this unknown burning sensation when using computer  (other times normal) ?

can FML NEO can be used for 2 months ?

The picture is too out of focus for me to comment. You should be getting this information from the ophthalmologist. WHAT IS MY DIAGNOSIS? WHAT IS THAT YELLOW SPOT?

The most common things would be a pinguecula (use google images to see what these look like) or episcleritis (same thing).

FML is a mild steroid that is generally safe for supervised short or medium term use.

Did i need any treatment for it ?

Is there any vitamin/mineral tablets can i take to reduce this ?

Thanks Dr for your valuable comments.

If it is a pinguecula the treatment is reduce sunlight exposure: hats with bills, sunglasses, no tanning booth.

Diet has no effect on this.

Sorry for repeating question

That yellow patch i see there resembles iris colour, can it be iritis ?

I have burning sensation when watching tv,computer etc & sometimes see Episcleritis near that region

i have seen 2 ophthalmologist 6 times (last visit on august 2009) regarding the burning sensation in 1 year & everytime they just ignore that burning sensation & gave some antibiotic ointment for blepharitis & lubricating drops

also i notice a curly strand (liquid colour) floater in my right eye for 6 months, and when i look towards nose while closing other eye i can see that floater remaining there (in bright light).

when i look at bright sky i can see that floater appering in middle of vision field and moves quickly towards nose area

I have no pain, blurred vision so far, burning sensation began last november.

i have occasional eye twiching at that region of eye lid

can it be iritis ?
