Hi, I was taking pictures of my daughter and niece the other night and noticed that everytime I took my niece's picture one of her eyes has a normal white dot and the other is almost clouded over and gray.  How serious could this be and should I mention it to my sister-in-law?

While it could just be a light reflex any sort of "white pupil" needs to be checked by an Eye MD ophthalmologist with a dilated pupil inside the eye exam. By all means mention it.
