If you have good vision and healthy eyes with no diseases. "Then you have your eyes dilated, can you have an attack of narrow angle glaucoma without  having the disease glaucoma?

If you had narrow occludable angles - yes - you could easily have an attack of acute angle closure glaucoma.  You need to understand the difference between chronic open angle glaucoma and narrow angle glaucoma and people with narrow occludable angles that are at high risk for an attack of angle closure glaucoma.  We need to do laser iridotomies on these type of patients and avoid dilating the eyes unless necessary and only after the iridotomy.
