adjusting to glasses

ive recently had some issues with anxiety which i think all stem from having an eye issue. i know my left eye was a little off but all of a sudden my right eye went blurry. this along with heaps of stress resulted in having anxiety attacks.
this all started around 3 months ago. i have since got a hold on my anxiety and have been prescribed glasses. i have worn them for a month but not sure if im still adjusting to them.
as soon as i take them off my eyes are worse then before - could that be due to my eyes adjusting to having the glasses?
also i get weird sensations in my head when im wearing the glasses. sometimes a thudding pain like a tension headache, other times its dizziness. if i move suddenly i feel like i will fall over. i still have a bit of tension in the base of my head so not sure if this is playing a part of it all..
my prescription is
R sph -.25 cyl -.25 axis 180
L sph +0   cyl -.50 axis 180.

should i look at getting it re-evaluated or just wait longer..

These glasses are next to nothing.  I bet you can not tell much difference looking at street signs with or without these glasses.

hi doctor. although it is only a minimal adjustment it makes a huge difference. i was unable to drive because of the strain my eyes were under.. i couldnt focus on number plates or signs.. they have made a huge improvement = things have outlines which i couldnt see before.

will go see a doc.. thanks
