after conjunctival removal

and now am not happy because my eye still red , and i follow with my doctor and he saied he dont know whats wrong and  its vascular collection and shouldnt present after 2 months from the surgery.. and now its almost 3 months..

Iam intrested in your advise..and what is the possibelties and what should I do ?

The picture is poor quality but it does look better than the last one you posted. I suggest you get a second opinion. Likely you need to be on a steroid drop under supervision for several weeks.
