altered visual perception

when i'm in good lighting like halogen lights. my vision perception becomes altered like if i'm medicated with something. i see fine, and there's nothing in my vision but it's just off. like i'm spaced out. which i am. ad after awhile i good brain dead.

That is a very unusual set of problems and best dealt with by seeing an Eye MD to be sure your eyes are normal, then discussing your other problems with physician. One thing that your family MD or a neurologist should rule out is petit mal seizure disorder.
