amblyopia and iol surgery

I have bad vision and contacts lenses cant correct my vision. I was wondering if iol surgery could help i read it could. I started wondering if i had a blurry lenses cataract of something. Plus on top of that would it be better to have lasik before i go through with iol surgery to correct that problem as well. Will it make a better outcome.

You need an exam by an eye MD to figure out why your vision is not correctable with lenses.  If it is from cataracts, they would be able to guide you to the best surgical course of action.
